My sessions are created around individual clients specific needs and fitness levels. They are 30 minutes long and are based around HIIT (high intensity interval training). I work to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness.
I pride myself on having patience and giving women the encouragement and confidence they need to progress with fitness when, perhaps, they haven’t exercised before or are returning to fitness after pregnancy or periods of inactivity.
I believe in steady progression and building solid foundations for exercise and fitness that will last. I want clients to really enjoy their training sessions with me and to feel so good, they make exercise part of their life. Forever.
Pre & Post Natal Exercise
I qualified to write pre & post natal fitness plans because I’m really passionate about moving the body during pregnancy and in the postpartum period for overall well being, preparing the body for birth and helping with recovery afterwards.
As with my general personal training sessions, my pre and post natal sessions are 30 minutes long and tailored to the individual clients needs.
Pre Natal - It is important to remember, during pregnancy, exercise is for maintenance of current fitness levels. A full face to face consultation is required in order to make an appropriate plan according to your current level of fitness.
Post Natal - After birth, clients must be cleared by their doctor before starting an exercise plan. Again, a full face to face consultation is required to talk through your delivery, lifestyle and goals in order to create the appropriate fitness plan.
Consultations are held at =Results Personal Training Studios. Please see friends page for details.
